Situation: West Valley-Mission Community College District established in 1964, two colleges fully accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. West Valley College in Saratoga and Mission College in Santa Clara serve more than 21,000 students each semester. Challenge: Create brand identity and visual strategic vision for the human resource department for a two-campus community college district in the heart of California’s Silicon Valley.
